Reflect on how you can integrate service into your daily life. Use the following prompts to guide your reflection and create a practical plan for living a service-centered life.

1. What does living a service-centered life mean to you?:

  • How do you define a life focused on serving others? Reflect on how Christ’s example challenges and encourages you to serve.

2. How can you incorporate acts of service into your daily routine?:

  • Identify specific ways you can serve others in your family, community, workplace, or church. What small, consistent actions can you take each day?

3. How will you stay focused on serving others?:

  • What practical steps or habits can you implement to ensure you remain committed to living a service-centered life? Consider prayer, journaling, or accountability with others.

4. Scripture Reflection:

  • Write down a scripture that inspires or challenges you to live a life of service. Reflect on how this scripture guides your actions.

Scripture Examples:

  • James 2:17: “Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”

  • Colossians 3:23-24: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”

  • Matthew 25:40: “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

5. Next Steps:

  • Write down 1-2 actions you can take this week to begin living a service-centered life. These can be small but consistent acts of love and service.

6. Prayer Focus:

  • End your reflection with a prayer asking for guidance and strength to live a life of service, following Christ’s example of love and humility.
