Flame of Provision brings people, churches, and communities together to share the love of Christ through practical service. Rooted in faith and moved by compassion, we seek to feed our neighbors, prepare believers for ministry, and help others discover the purpose God has placed on their lives.
Serving Our Neighbors in the Lowcountry
Flame of Provision Mission is a Christ-centered ministry serving Charleston, North Charleston, Summerville, Mount Pleasant, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Ladson, West Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, and the surrounding communities of Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties.
We exist to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ through practical acts of service, compassion, provision, and faithful presence: sharing meals with people experiencing homelessness and hunger, encouraging believers into meaningful acts of service, and helping churches put their convictions into practice.
Worship Becomes Service.
Faith Becomes Action. Compassion Becomes Provision. We believe Christian service begins with a transformed heart: Scripture, prayer, and worship come first, and they overflow into care for our neighbors.
From Struggle to Service
The mission began inside a struggle for hope.
Flame of Provision was not created to organize volunteers. It grew out of one man's journey through mental health struggles, hardship, and a search for meaning, and out of the grace of Christ that met him there. What God taught through struggle, Scripture, and service became the foundation of what we now hope to share with others.

Flame of Provision offers a free biblical training program: the Service Preparation Workshop, a two-day, four-session curriculum that helps individuals, small groups, and whole churches get ready for meaningful, Christ-centered service.
